We will begin our Operation Christmas Child emphasis October 9th. An event hub will be set-up in the hallway just outside the foyer, and will have shoeboxes and resources to help you fill them. By participating in OCC, you are enabling Missionaries and Churches globally to reach the Nations with the Gospel of Jesus. Please pray about putting together a Shoebox and touch lives around the world.

Although we appreciate our pastors every day, October is a month set aside to specifically recognize them for all they do for Mountain View. Be sure to thank Darrell, Jeff, and Charles for giving so much of themselves to serve our church, the community, and the world. Be sure to pray for them and their families.

Sadly, JTB cannot be produced effectively this year for several reasons, and we apologize for not being able to offer this Christmas gift to our community. However, the MVBC adult choir will be presenting a Christmas musical with drama two nights in December: Friday, December 2 and Saturday, December 3 at 6:30 pm. Stay tuned for more information to come.

Beginning next Wednesday, September 14th, our Wednesday Night Gathering schedule will resume with Wednesday Night Dinner at 5:00 pm and AWANA Kick-Off at 6:15 pm. If you would like to join us for dinner, please fill out the order form in the seat back in front of you so we will know how much food to prepare.
