 Having just finished the section on prophesy in First Corinthians 14, we now tackle another "easy" concept - speaking in tongues. Today we learned that we must approach "tongues" through the lens of God's Word, not through man's experience. Tongues today are for the edification of the speaker, not those around them. We were also told to remember that it is not through speaking in tongues that we injure each other or the Church - we seem to do that just fine with English. - First Corinthians 14 - Video of Message Audio of Message
 We had a different service this morning to close out the first half of First Corinthians 14; A panel discussion where our three pastors answered questions on prophetic words in the church today, such as, "How do I know if what is on my heart is prophetic or just emotion?" or "How do we determine if the utterances are false?"
